Direttamente dall’editoriale del n°1 di "Fever Pitch": E finalmente rieccoci qui, sulle colonne di Fever Pitch, numero uno. Ce l’abbiamo fatta, ce l’abbiamo voluta fare; appena diffuso il numero zero ci siamo rimessi al lavoro per la prima uscita ‘ufficiale’ del magazine, il suo esordio ’su carta’ e sul mercato. Una bella sfida, e dunque se possibile ci siamo dedicati ancor più, con l’obiettivo di migliorare il progetto e la sua realizzazione. In questo ci hanno aiutato i tantissimi consigli, suggerimenti, proposte arrivate da Voi lettori, da subito entusiasti della proposta editoriale di Fever Pitch. Idee ne avevamo tante già in partenza, ma lavorandoci ne abbiamo raccolte tante altre, al punto che lo spazio del numero 1 è andato ‘esaurito’ rapidamente, ‘costringendoci’ a rimandare ai prossimi numeri argomenti ‘cool’ e affascinanti. In questo numero uno, intanto, divertimento e varietà sono assicurati. Nello spirito di FP ci siamo concessi un paio di puntate fuori dal rettangolo verde, con la storia della più antica barberia del Regno e quella del coro da stadio più famoso del mondo (indovinate qual è…). E poi ancora spazio alla recensione di due libri italiani dedicati al calcio britannico, e ovviamente tanto calcio, di oggi e di ieri. L’attualità è davvero ‘di giornata’, dato che ripassiamo insieme l’avventura della Coppa di Lega appena conclusa. Quanto al ‘vintage’, non c’è che l’imbarazzo della scelta: dal ghiotto Accadde in England 1970 agli impedibili racconti di Lord Sinclair, dalla storia della Mitre al duello Inghilterra– Ungheria a metà degli anni ‘50. C’è ancora altro, ma lo lasciamo scoprire a voi…BUONA LETTURA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
