Paulo Sousa, ex allenatore dei QPR nonchè ex grande giocatore di molte squadre europee, tra le quali Juve ed Inter, si è accasato allo Swansea.Dopo esser stato esonerato da Briatore, al termine di pochi mesi da first coach degli Hoops, per Paulo inizia così una nuova avventura, sempre nella Championship inglese, anche se per una squadra gallese.
Paulo ha firmato un triennale e sostituirà Roberto Martinez, passato allo Wigan dopo aver guidato in maniera splendida i ‘Cigni’ per due anni.
Come secondo, così come ai QPR, Sousa sarà coadiuvato da Olivera.
"Credo in me stesso e nella bontà del mio lavoro e non ho dubbi sul fatto che riuscirò a non far rimpiangere Martinez. La proposta dello Swansea mi è piaciuta fin da subito. Qui hanno la mia stessa filosofia sul calcio e abbiamo gli stessi obiettivi", ha detto Sousa alla conferenza stampa di presentazione.
Assoluto silenzio, come era ovvio aspettarci in questa occasione, in merito alla sua passata esperienza ai QPR.
Appuntamento con Sousa ed il suo Swnasea, in trasferta, sabato 3 ottobre per la 11a giornata di Championship (il ritorno a marzo 2010).

CMW is an interesting case. Wang has been when healthy one of the better pitchers in the AL and has gotten underrated of how good he is.
