Anche quest'estate si ripropone il tormentone dell'amichevole tra gli Hoops ed il Parma, e anche quest'anno a quanto pare le due squadre non si affronteranno.
Era già successo nell'estate del 2009, con l'annuncio e la successiva smentita di un incontro da tenersi a Londra, al Loftus Road, tra le due formazioni.
In quella circostanza gli R's giocarono invece contro il Southampton mentre i ducali se la videro contro il Watford.
Pochi giorni fa l'ANSA ha nuovamente lanciato la notizia di una partita tra le due formazioni e la notizia si è subito sparsa in rete, venendo ripresa da molti siti italiani ed inglesi.
Ma, a quanto pare, questa amichevole non s'ha da fare, tanto che ieri il sito ufficiale dei QPR ha smentito questa ipotesi, scrivendo nero su bianco che "non ci sarà alcuna partita amichevole tra le due formazioni a Loftus Road".
Infatti non solo non è prevista l'amichevole col Parma, ma ancora non è stata organizzata nessuna amichevole e, per adesso, l'unico incontro di cui si vocifera è quello tra i londinesi e l'Atalanta a Bergamo in quello che dovrebbe essere il secondo tour italiano dei Queens Park Rangers in due anni, anche se gli ultimi problemi legali della "dea" potrebbero mandare a monte quella che doveva essere la sfida tra i vincitori della B italiana e di quella inglese.
La palla è dunque tornata in Italia dove gli uomini della Sport Media Event, che si occupano dell'organizzazione del pre-campionato dei parmensi, è dovuto correre ai ripari al fine di rimediare alla certo non bella figura emettendo questo comunicato: “non è venuta meno la volontà del club inglese di disputare l'amichevole di Londra del 5 agosto prossimo con il Parma. Sono però emerse problematiche relative alla disponibilità per quella data dello stadio Loftus Road. Si sta pertanto cercando di trovare una sede alternativa al fine di consentire il disputarsi dell' incontro se le problematiche relative all'impianto del QPR non dovessero risolversi in tempo utile. Sarà comunque premura della Sport Media Event che tiene i contatti con il club londinese comunicare quanto prima la soluzione adottata”.
Gli fa eco l'edizione cartacea della Gazzetta di Parma: “La sfida con il QPR cambierà sede o data”, con questo contenuto: “La prevista amichevole che il Parma avrebbe dovuto giocare contro il Queens Park Rangers il 5 agosto a Loftus Road (lo stadio londinese dei QPR) dovrà cambiare sede o data. Per quel giorno, infatti, lo stadio dei Rangers (appena tornati in Premier League) dovrà essere sottoposto a lavori di adeguamento e non sarà disponibile per l'amichevole. La partita dovrà quindi cambiare sede o, in alternativa e subordinatamente alla disponibilità del Parma, cambiare data. La società inglese non ha per il momento confermato quindi la disputa del match”.
(Per la verità la società inglese ha proprio smentito tale partita).
Questo rincorrersi di affermazioni, smentite e correzioni di mira sta suscitando molta ilarità tra i supporters italiani del Parma (vedi qui, qui e qui).
