Tutto il mondo del calcio segue con interesse le ultime febbricitanti fasi del calcio-mercato (arriverà davvero Cissé al QPR?) ma non bisogna dimenticare che il calcio giocato continua e domani offrirà un turno infrasettimanale di grande interesse.
Per la 23a giornata di Premier League i Queens Park Rangers sono infatti attesi sul difficile campo dell’Aston Villa, a Birmingham, per cercare di fare i punti indispensabili alla permanenza degli Hoops nel massimo campionato inglese.
Non si sa quali saranno i cambi che il tecnico Hughes farà rispetto all’11 vincitore dell’ultima partita, ma è molto probabile che vedremo in campo per la prima volta i tre neo arrivati (Diakité a centrocampo, Onuoha e Taiwo in difesa) in attesa dell’ultimo agognato colpo per sistemare l’attacco.
Quando i nuovi arrivati entreranno in sintonia con il resto della squadra, Hughes avrà tra le mani sicuramente una formazione da salvezza tranquilla. Il problema è capire quanto tempo sarà necessario ai nuovi acquisti per entrare in ‘clima Hoops’ e quanto tempo daranno loro per rinvenirsi i “Villains” guidati da Alex McLeish che attualmente occupano ‘solo’ l’undicesimo posto in classifica: abbastanza da non temere la retrocessione ma troppo poco per non temere l’ira dei tifosi che mal digeriscono la loro amata squadra nella seconda metà della classifica.
Una partita quindi molto delicata, da giocare al 110% della concentrazione, per poter tornare a Londra con una classifica meno preoccupante ed un pò di morale in più.
